House of Pilates is located in the beautiful Woodbury Town Center conveniently located off the 5 and 133 freeways. Our cross streets are Sand Canyon and Irvine Blvd. In the center you'll find everything from Game Stop to Home Depot making it a great one-stop shopping experience. When in the center, you'll find House of Pilates located around the corner from Trader Joe's. Our hours are generally 8-8 Monday thru Friday and mornings on Saturday and Sunday. If you've never been to the studio before please be sure to call first since we tend to teach by appointment and we'd hate to miss you!
Take 5 S and exit Sand Canyon, turn left. Go about a mile and you'll see the center on the left hand side, turn left at Strata.
From South
Take 5N and exit Sand Canyon, make a right and follow until Strata where you'll make a left. OR take 5N to 133N and exit Irvine Blvd, make a left and you'll see the center on your left.
